About
Filip Marković is a Lecturer (~Assistant Professor) in Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems and holds a PhD in Computer Science from Mälardalen University.
His research focuses on uncertainty-aware analysis and scheduling for cyber-physical systems. His work received :
- Outstanding Reviewer Award at the IEEE Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium (RTAS) in 2025.
- Outstanding Paper Award at the IEEE Symposium on Real-Time Systems (RTSS) in 2024,
- Best Presentation Award at RTSS 2022,
- Best Poster Award at the Max Planck Institute Retreat 2022, and
- Outstanding Paper Award at the Euromicro Conference on Real-Time Systems (ECRTS) in 2021.
