Does referencing or rephrasing in literature or art equate to copying, and is genuine creativity truly original?
Should intellectual property rights be included in the restitution of pilfered cultural artefacts from museums?
What is the significance of intellectual property in normative, commercial, and financial terms, and how is its value determined? -
